Seven drawers on steel ball bearing slides include two file drawers and a center drawer with a drop-front for use with a keyboard. Two pullout writing slides, a pencil tray, and dividers in the middle drawer provide ample storage. The left and right pedestal lock which locks the middle and file drawer, and levelers ensure stability. The desk can be disassembled for delivery. Kneehole opening: 27W x 24H, Keyboard space: 27.5"W x 18.75"D x 2.5"H. Available in black with reddish brown finish. Made with solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
