Driade cover all its Products in current catalogue with 2 (two) years of Warranty from the invoice

date. This European Warranty (Dir. EU 1999/44/CE ) ensures all our Clients against original defects

in workmanship of the structural parts. The Warranty includes the free replacement of unusable or

defective items verified and recognized by Driade Quality control. The Warranty does not cover

damages caused by normal wear and tear, inadequate treatment or use, accident or force

majeure.

The Warranty will no longer be valid if the products are disassembled, modified or repaired by

anyone except Driade. Any repairs made or authorized by Driade, under warranty, will not interrupt

the warranty period. Therefore, the Warranty will still expire after two years from the date of the

invoice.
