This rustic walnut writing desk features a center drawer with drop-front for keyboard use, two drawers with removable writing insert and pencil tray, and three slots with removable dividers in each drawer. Keyboard space measures 29.62"W x 18.5"D x 1.87"H, while knee space measures 43"W x 25.12"H. Crafted from solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for stability. Strong and long-lasting.

  • Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.

White glove delivery was quite good as well. Driver was exceptional in all aspects of delivery and assembly of furniture. His side kick broke the plastic posts on two fairly inexpensive solar lights while bringing the boxed furniture up the walkway on the side of our house but it wasn’t that big of a deal as we had spare parts. All in all a very favorable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Luxe Decor again. We highly recommend them.
